It has been a while since I've visited a physio so I did some research and checked out reviews for your clinic. The common theme that I noticed was that you were showing genuine interest in trying to improve people's wellbeing. On my first visit Cindy was nice and I noticed she knew all the clients that were coming in and having conversations about what is going on in their life eg. Dropping the kids at daycare or their recent holidays. Not only is she great at conversation but also super efficient booking appointments and processing payment. Tanya has been an absolute pleasure except when putting me through intense pain while massaging my tight muscles but that really can't be helped I always feel better after :) she has imparted on me fantastic knowledge to help me take care of myself. Thanks to Tanya I am enjoying playing sport painfree and coming home from work without aches and pains from being on my feet all day. I've also seen Johnny the podiatrist who did not disappoint and is helping me with orthotics. Every member of your team that I have dealt with has been amazing at their work and I have been telling everyone how fantastic your service is and your genuine approach to client care. Keep up the great environment you have created.
